We are a “boutique-type” international law firm, serving as a bridge between various cultures and legal systems. We offer you the rare combination of two different groups of services:

INDEPENDENT ATTORNEY AT LAW, qualified in both:

  • Switzerland, initially in the Canton of Geneva and for over 30 years based in the Canton of Zurich and in
  • California, registered as ‘active’ member until 2008 and as ‘inactive’ member since.

As attorneys at law, we provide legal advice and conducts litigations, in Court and before Arbitral Tribunals.

EXPERIENCED IN-HOUSE / GENERAL COUNSEL

  • In-house counsel of BBC BROWN BOVERI, today ABB, negotiating small, medium-size and large contracts involving hundreds of millions, sometimes billions of US dollars.
  • General counsel of KUEHNE & NAGEL INTERNATIONAL, setting-up and purchasing legal entities in various jurisdictions, closing joint-ventures and negotiating large international deals.
