Arbitration

As a former in-house and general counsel who has never stopped advising small corporations and world conglomerates, I have advised and am advising as an attorney at law clients in arbitration in several cases, most but not exclusively at an international level. These are mostly ad hoc arbitrations, some pursuant to the ICC-Rules as well as to the Swiss Rules.

Past success

• A very successful -for once a 100% victory- case was opposing client, an Irish company, to a German company over the manufacturing of famous moulding beer casts.
• Another opposed client, the largest freight forwarding company in the world, to a large Swiss bank in a fraud and embezzlement matter.
