Commercial Litigation
As a former in-house and general counsel, I am more inclined to preventing litigation thanks to proper advice, shrewd contract negotiations and draft than conducting confrontations. Indeed, solving business cases by litigation is mostly causing damages for all parties concerned and not favoring future business relationships between them. Prevention and/or settlement are indeed most of the time better for business than litigation.
We are equipped for litigating before Courts and Arbitral Tribunals.
Past success
- Swiss judiciary seizures and attachments proceedings for a bank claiming against the assets of Werner K. REY, who was eventually condemned for fraud.
- Obtaining out of Court release of a US$ 53 mio claim paid from Libya under GADDAFI to client, a US company based in the State of Washington.
