Third party financing for clients unable to finance their own claims or legal advisor has been a growing business lately.  Maurice dispose of proper contacts and skills for contracting such third party financing, by selecting the most appropriate company therefor, negotiating such a deal, drafting/filtering all contracts and paper-work and monitoring the completion of the entire operation.

Past success

• Suggesting and assisting French clients to repatriate their undeclared wealth deposited in Switzerland to their tax authorities, with very limited negative consequences for them.
• Identification of dormant bank accounts and execution of all inheritance rights to heirs.
